FMA MOURNS THE PASSING OF RICK BROWN, PRESIDENT OF
THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES
Friend and community leader will be sorely missed.
The leaders and members of the Federal Managers Association (FMA)express their deep sadness at the passing of Rick Brown, President of the National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE).
The FMA membership is shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of NFFE President Rick Brown, a good friend, community partner, and strong federal employee advocate.
Upon hearing the news, FMA National President Darryl Perkinson said, "It was only last week Rick and I appeared beside one another to discuss employee matters at the Department of Defense. He was a powerful ally and friend. He could find humor in every situation and we will miss him dearly. On behalf of the entire FMA membership, I want to convey my deepest condolences to Rick's fiancee, family, and coworkers."

"Rick's passion for his work and dedication to those he served was felt throughout the entire federal community. We will hold our many warm thoughts of him for the rest of our lives," Perkinson lamented. "He will be sorely missed."
The funeral proceedings took place on Wednesday, July 8th in Albany, New York.
