All Federal employees responsible for or associated with the supervision and management of people, programs, and activities in the Federal government are eligible to join FMA. Included among the types of memberships available to federal managers and supervisors, associate memberships are offered for aspiring federal managers. The membership of FMA spans the GS/GM ranks, the Federal Wage System, and the Senior Executive Service. Retirees are eligible for continued membership as well.
