• OPM ALLOWS FOR ROLLOVER FUNDS FOR FSA - September 5, 2014

• OPM: FSA participants can rollover $500 in unused funds

  The Office of Personnel Management issued a decision in late August allowing for those enrolled in the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) to roll over unused funds to the next plan year. FSAFEDS participants are now allowed to roll over up to $500 from year to year, when previously the practice was prohibited.
