    Federal Managers Association (FMA) Chapter 228 President Ken McDaniels spoke with Government Executive regarding budgetary cuts federal agencies are facing. Federal managers are coping with doing more with less as finances are constricting, but many are also facing an increase in demand of service. While cuts in funding are seen as a way of managing waste, it puts added stress to federal employees who are trying to meet their missions and goals. "When do we get to the point where we are no longer cutting fat, and we are cutting bone?" McDaniels asked.
