  • 2014 FEDERAL EMPLOYEE VIEWPOINT SURVEY RESULTS - October 24, 2014
  • Office of Personnel Management Director Katherine Archuleta released the results of the 2014 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) today. This survey was conducted between April-June 2014, and nearly 393,000 federal employees responded. The government-wide score for employee engagement is 63 percent, down one point from last year. The "supervisors" score, which reflects the interpersonal relationship between workers and supervisors, including trust, respect, and support, is up to 71 percent.
