    There are ten legislative days scheduled between now and the end of fiscal year 2015. Given that the House of Representatives has passed six appropriations bills, while the Senate has not yet passed one, it seems likely Congress will pass a continuing resolution in order to avert a government shutdown. This article notes six hidden costs of continuing resolutions.
