    While cautiously hopeful the leadership change in the U.S. House of Representatives will usher in more civil and bipartisan communication on Capitol Hill, the Federal Managers Association remains ever vigilant against attempts to diminish federal employees' pay and benefits. We look forward to establishing a good working relationship with the new Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and will advise him against taking up measures that treat feds unfairly. The following article provides a history of some of his past efforts.
