    Representative Mark Meadows (R-NC), Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations, spoke at a Partnership for Public Service breakfast acknowledging the "Best Places to Work in the Federal Government." In his remarks, Chairman Meadows offered a heartfelt apology to federal employees, who have been unfairly blamed for government inefficiencies, noting the negative impact on recruitment and retention.
