  • OPM Will Soon Notify New Wave of Workers Their Data Was Hacked

    The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will begin sending another round of notifications to individuals whose personal information was compromised in the data breach announced earlier this month. As part of the ongoing investigation, many more individuals were affected by a second hack that exposed background and security clearance information. OPM Director Katherine Archuleta appeared before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Tuesday, June 16, to address the data breach with lawmakers.
