  • Amid Calls for Firing, OPM Director 'More Committed Than Ever'

    Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director Katherine Archuleta testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday, June 24, in another hearing on the data breach that was announced on June 4. Other panelists included both OPM's inspector general and chief information officer, the director of the Homeland Security Department’s U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team, and contractors who work with OPM on information technology. Director Archuleta is also testifying before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Thursday, June 25.
