REGISTER FOR FMA’S 2013 NATIONAL CONVENTION!

The Federal Managers Association (FMA) is proud to announce the 75th annual National Convention and Management Training Seminar, A Century of Dedicated Service to America, will take place March 3-6, 2013. The event will be held at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in the heart of Washington, D.C., and will honor FMA’s 100 years of dedicated service to America with a special Anniversary Gala on March 6.

The convention schedule includes: how FMA is working for federal employees; the current climate on Capitol Hill; a day of management training; and, elections for National Vice President and National Treasurer, as well as the Region 2 & 4 Director positions.

On Tuesday, March 5, FMA will conduct its management training seminar entitled, Raising the Bar – Innovative Approaches to Effective Management. Kicking off the day, General Services Administration Acting Administrator Dan Tangherlini will give a keynote addess. Topics to be addressed include: Improving the Performance of Government Employees; Improving Employee Morale Through Positivity; and, Leading from Core Values. Other practical information will also be addressed for immediate use when you return to the office.
