This fall, we are calling on our valued members at large (MALs) to reach out to colleagues who would benefit by becoming a part of Team FMA.
You are in a unique position to help grow the Federal Managers Association’s membership and could be a huge catalyst for FMA’s growth as you have direct access to potential members in your workplace that we are currently unable to easily reach. Also, please consider forming a chapter at your agency or location in 2027.

We are challenging every FMA MAL to reach out to at least three colleagues to let them know the advantages of becoming a member of Team FMA. As you know, membership dues are only $150.00 year and support FMA’s advocacy work on the local and national levels.

Consider Forming an FMA Chapter at Your Department or Agency
Did you know an FMA Chapter can be formed with as few as three FMA members?
Please consider starting a chapter at your agency or department to support you and your fellow managers at your workplace. Think “strength in numbers.” The FMA National Office is eager to help get you started.
And, beyond that, forming a Chapter will bring comradery, fellowship, mentorship, networking, and social and community giving opportunities to your workplace.
