What is the Team FMA Giving Challenge?
Team FMA Giving Challenge is an opportunity for FMA members to collectively work together to raise money for a worthy cause.
Donate to the FMA-FEEA Scholarship Fund and help Team FMA raise at least $1,000 for FEEA’s scholarship fund this holiday season! No donation is too small!
Who is the beneficiary of this challenge?
As you may know, the Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA), is FMA’s official charity. FEEA exists to make sure that federal and postal employees always have somewhere to turn. Whether providing scholarships to federal employees and their children, or giving much-needed financial assistance when disaster strikes, FEEA has been – and continues to be – the benevolent backbone of our federal community.
Campaign Dates
October 1 – December 15, 2026
How to participate in the challenge
We invite FMA members to contribute to the FMA-FEEA scholarship fund during the upcoming holiday season! Whether your Chapter wants to “pass the hat” and make a lump sum contribution, or you choose to make an individual contribution, we hope all FMA members will consider making a donation over the next several weeks.
The FMA National office will match the first $100 in donations!
Let’s see how much money Team FMA can raise for this worthy cause over the next several weeks!
When and how will the money raised be distributed?
Scholarship money is distributed in the summer, but by contributing during this holiday season you will know that your donation to a fellow fed or their family member’s future education will be waiting for them. And selfless giving is always a terrific feeling, especially this time of year!
ACTION ITEM: Make your donation today to help Team FMA raise at least $1,000 for FEEA’s scholarship fund! While contributions to the fund can be made at any time, donations for this campaign will be accepted through December 15, 2026. No donation is too small!
All contributing Chapters and individual contributions will be recognized in an upcoming issue of The Federal Manager as well as at the 89th annual National Convention in March 2027.
We recognize that budgets can be tight these days, but we wanted to provide Team FMA with an opportunity to collectively give to the greater good within our community in the final months of the year. Thank you for your consideration and wishing you all the best this holiday season!
