Summer Membership Recruitment Campaign

FMA is conducting its Summer Membership Recruitment Campaign!

How the Campaign Works

Dates: The campaign will run July 1 – July 31, 2026.

This is a chapter-based campaign, so please communicate with your chapter leadership to ensure you are using your chapter’s most current membership application.

New members' incentive: Every new Regular or Associate member recruited during the campaign will receive a $50 AmEx Gift Card simply for joining FMA!

Recruiters' incentive: FMA member recruiters will receive one entry into a drawing for each new member he or she recruits. (For example, if an individual recruits five members, he or she will be entered in the drawing five times.) The drawing will be held in August and will consist of three prizes: One Grand Prize $250 AmEx gift card and two $100 AmEx gift card second prizes. Gift cards will be mailed via USPS by September 30, 2026.

Why Membership Recruitment Matters

The more robust FMA membership is, the more federal managers' voices are heard on Capitol Hill. Senators and Representatives in states and districts with large, organized FMA chapters are more receptive to FMA issues, because our issues are constituent issues for them. In a nutshell, there is strength in numbers, and the larger our organization’s membership is, the greater ability we will have to secure wins for federal managers.
